STORY:
The movie contains a message about what happens to children if parents don’t take care.. It starts with the introduction of five young people (alagar,alagappan,illippu,ganeshan and a to z) who drink and smoke.. Each one of them have a tragic story of their own.. Then it follows with the introduction of Pandiya who turns in to a hired killer for his family. A girl is introduced in the flow who doesn’t have any relation with these five but their life changes due to that girl.The girls two brothers are introduced in the process. Alagar has a family of his own a father who’s a constable a mother a brother and a sister who are married. Alagar has a love interest on his sister in law’s sister Parvathi.. She always looks at him as she passes by them so every one decide that she loves him too… A to Z is an orphan who was thrown away by his parents..Ganeshan becomes an orphan because his mother leaves his father in a quarrel and both of them refuse to take care of him. Illippu turns an orphan cause his mother has an affair with their neighbour and she elopes with him, his father suicides because of that and he is left as an orphan Alagappan’s father owns a hotel and algappan sponcors for these people to drink and smoke. as the movie flows two more important characters are introduced goripaalayam mgr and retired rowdi as the groups friends,
Alagars brother attempts a suicide because some thief steals the office money from him in a bus, alagar and friends go in search of the theif a big fight goes in the process and finally they get the money, he returns the money to his bro.. in the same course the five have a quarrel with a guy who tries to take away a child from a couple as they did not pay the borrowed money back.. the story goes on and a to z falls in love with a girl.. Alagars mother wants him to get married then his friends reveal that he was in love with parvathi.. Both the families accept and they get them married but in the end after they get married she gives a twist that she was in love with alagappan and not alagar and he being her relative is the only reason that alagappan was spending for them. When ever she saw alagappan alagar mistook that. alagar calls all his friends and gets parvathi married to alagappan and sends them away..
The guy with whom heros gang had fight in the begining brings his brother but they hurt both of them… They go back.. The brother makes a plot to finish these people. He sees the girl who had no relation with them in the same bus stand where they were standing, goes to her brothers and say that she was roaming around with these people. Her brothers house get angry on her and seeing her in a theatre with those people her younger brother hits her and they house arrest her.. As a to z has a love life and they wanted money to get him married they plan to rob a house which turns out to be the girls house… alagar goes into the girls room, the girl shouts every one wakes up and alagar runs away seeing him the elder brother misunderstands and kills the sister for prestige. Later the hero’s gang sit on a road side and feel bad for the girls death where the girls father comes out of no where and starts quarreling with these people in that quarrel he gets killed and these four run away. First they go to Ganesh’s mothers house who left him when he was young but she sends them away then they go to Alagar’s sister house but knowing that she hid her jewels and money at neighbors house on their arrival they leave the place.. then they go to alagappan and Parvathi’s place who are poor and are working very hard… seeing Parvathi’s troubles Alagar and others leave. They run away to some mountain area… Mean while AtoZ’s love who was in search of them finds their friend and says she was concieved and on the other hand a guy who saw the quarrel between the heros and the girls father goes and tells her brothers, along with the villain(the brother in the begining) hire pandiya to kill them and they move along too.. AtoZ comes to know that the girls is concieved and knowing that there is no police case on them they come into the city and ask the girls parents to get her married to him.. Her father refuses in the begining but later he has no choice because he comes to know that she is concieved so he asks them to take her away and get married. When they are about to get married they are found out by Pandiya and others and are chased.. Ganeshan loses his hand in the process and A to Z… From here the second half is fully covered with deaths including the death of alagar’s mother… alagar ganeshan illippu murder the girls brothers… Later alagar asks illipu to take care of a to z’s love and his son and ask ganeshan to go away some where and he goes to his house but doesn’t find his mother then so he goes to his brothers house there he asks his sister in law to feed him while he’s eating his father and brother come but they won’t be able to say that his mother passed away he eats thinks that his mother is angry and leaves.. Then his friend comes to him says his mother passed away and leaves to buy something for him to eat.. Mean while Pandiyan finds him he comes to kill him but alagar asks him that he did not do any thing for his mother so he needs to 5 mins to cry for his mother following that pandiyan kills him and when he was leaving he finds his brother meeting with an accident and the doctor says that he is going to die… The movie ends with the burial of alagar and a message saying that taking care of kids is parents responsibility and growing up in a correct way is children responsibility…
